2) Wait for Browser to be Connected
3) Once Connected Make sure that You are Using “TorNet” Option. You can Confirm this from the bottom of your screen

Browsing through Tor is slow by default compare to a regular browser like Safari and Chrome. This is because your data is transferred through multiple nodes.

6) Try Connecting Bridges.

VPN
Follow the following steps to troubleshoot the VPN connectivity issues:
1) Close the App and Remove it from the Background
2) Delete all VPN Configurations from the settings
3) Restart your Device
4) Open the App again and add VPN Configuration Again

VPN Configuration setting is necessary for VPN to work. ios asks to add VPN configuration settings to protect your online privacy and security by encrypting your internet traffic and hiding your IP address.
You need Premium Version of our application if you need to use multiple servers. In Free version you can only use One server.
Once you have bought premium Tap on “Change Location” Option from the home screen. From the new menu you can select the server of your choice.
Bridge Configuration
Bridges helps you access TOR if it is restricted in your country. Try connecting through the given Bridges option.
Follow the Following Steps to Connect to the Bridges.
*Steps if you are connected to the Private Browser”
1) Once You are connected to the “Private Browser”, Tap on Settings
2) Then Tap “Preference” from the Submenu
3) Find “Bridge Configuration” Option from the settings and Tap on it
4) Choose Built in Bridges from the menu or You can add your custom Bridges.
*Steps if you are not connected to the Private Browser*
1) Tap on “Private Browser” option from the home screen, on Connecting Screen wait for the option of Setup bridges to popup (Remember this option is only visible if you are not able to connect to the Browser)
2) From the Popup Tap “Setup Bridges” Option
3) Choose Built in Bridges from the menu or You can add your custom Bridges.
Features
Remain Connected to the VPN at all times until you disconnect it yourself.
The auto connect feature allows you to “Auto Connect VPN” button helps users to Auto Connect VPN. With this option enabled you will stay connected to our VPN at all the times until you disconnect it yourself. This option is available for Premium users only. Sometimes the VPN will turn off itself when the app goes in the background. But with this new feature, you get to decide when to disconnect the VPN.

Issues
Governments & other cell networks tend to block the VPN servers over time. Although we try to connect you through an unblocked server, but if that does not happen then you can try an alternate server. Try our faster servers to get the most out of our VPN.

Try the following steps to restore your connection:
- Close the App and Remove from the background.
- Delete the VPN Configurations from the settings.
- Restart your device.
- Open the App
- Try connecting VPN again by adding Configurations
- Locate the “Settings” app on your home screen and tap on it to open.
- In the Settings app, scroll down until you find the “General” option. Tap on it to access the general settings.
- Within the “General” settings, you should see an option called “VPN”. Tap on it to access your VPN configurations.
- You’ll see a list of configured VPN connections on this screen.
- To remove a VPN configuration, tap on the (i) icon or the name of the VPN configuration you want to remove. This will take you to a screen with detailed information about that configuration.
- On the VPN configuration details screen, you should see a “Delete VPN” option at the bottom of the screen. Tap on this option.
- A pop-up message will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion of the VPN configuration. Confirm the action by tapping “Delete” or “Remove”.
- Repeat for Other Configurations: If you have multiple VPN configurations that you want to remove, repeat the process for each one individually.

- Check your internet connection
- Try connecting to a faster VPN server
- Try restarting your application and try connecting again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure there is no other TOR app in the background. If there is, kill all TOR apps from the background.
- Try restarting our app.
When you try accessing a normal site through TOR, you are shown a CAPTCHA. You can skip this step by trying to shift to FASTER TOR by tapping on the “Go faster” icon. Use this mode to continue browsing freely while preserving your privacy.
Connection speed is mostly affected by the user network. You can try changing your VPN server. Shift to Faster VPN servers for a faster connection and better speed. Switch between the servers to enhance the speed.
Switch to faster TOR by tapping on “Go Faster” icon on TOR browser screen.
We optimize speed by routing your normal web traffic through our VPN servers. Onions sites are routed through TOR.
This happens when your are trying to access an onion site that is down or the link you have typed is incorrect. Simply confirm the onion link and the try searching it again.
Support
If you are facing any issues with our app or facing trouble contact us on our support email first. We will try to resolve this issue so that you don’t have to cancel your trial or subscription.
Nevertheless you can follow these steps to cancel the Free Trial or Subscription
1) Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2) Tap on your profile icon.
3) Tap on “Subscriptions” from the list of options.
4) Here you will see all of your active subscriptions.
5) Tap on the subscription you want to cancel.
6) Tap “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the screen.
7) Confirm the cancellation by tapping “Confirm”.
It’s important to cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial or before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Refunds are not Handled by us. It is handled by App Store So Refund is not possible in any case
Always on VPN
Always on VPN Feature will allow you to stay connected to the VPN all the time. Once it is enabled you will stay connected to the VPN and will never get disconnected from the VPN.
Please note that this will work on IKEv2 Servers only.
Faster TOR Browser
Enhance your browsing speed with our accelerated browser tailored for optimal TOR performance. We channel your regular (.com) sites through our VPN servers, ensuring efficiency, while exclusively directing .onion sites through TOR.
If you’re an advanced TOR user, it’s recommended to stick with the TOR browser. By default, the TOR browser may be slower, but we’ve optimized its speed by diverting your regular web traffic (.com) through VPN servers and limiting TOR usage to .onion sites. If you prefer having all your normal traffic pass through the TOR browser exclusively, we recommend using the TOR browser itself.
