Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application . By using our Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the iOS Subscription Terms, as well as any additional terms, policies, or rules that may be posted on the Application or communicated to you through other means.

1. Use of the Application: Our Application provides you with access to a virtual private network (“VPN”) service that allows you to browse the internet securely and privately. You may use our Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Subscription Terms: Our Application may offer subscription-based services through Apple’s App Store. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any other charges that may be incurred in connection with your use of the service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the iOS Subscription Terms.
3. Payment and Renewal: Payment for subscription services is processed through Apple’s App Store. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription to our services. Your subscription will automatically renew for the same term and price as the original subscription, unless you cancel your subscription through Apple’s App Store at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Failure to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date will result in your account being charged for the renewal.
4. User Content: Our Application may allow you to upload or submit content (“User Content”) such as comments or reviews. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with our Application.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Application at any time and for any reason, including without limitation, if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
8. Changes to this Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. You agree that any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Application or by email to you.
